Nautical Boat Wedding In Shediac New Brunswick

Today, September 3rd 2017 is our ONE year anniversary! I can't believe it's already been a year! I wanted to share some of my favourite wedding photos with you all!

There are WAYYY too many to share them all, but here is a round up of our favourites. We got married in Shediac New Brunswick on the Shediac Bay Cruise Boat. I've been going to Shediac every Summer with my family since I was a baby. It's my favourite place, and Mitch and I have gone every year since we met, so it made sense to have our wedding there. After our ceremony we took our guests on a 2 hour boat ride around the bay. After the boat ride, we had dinner, cake and speeches at at Captain Dan's restaurant on the wharf, then drove down to Parlee Beach for sunset photos and a walk on the beach. It was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Our friends and family followed us back to our cottages after for gift opening, and then we went back to Captain Dans for a party on the wharf.

All photos taken by Kristen Chisholm of Through Kristen's Lens.

We stayed up late the night before making these, along with the centrepieces.

Flowers from Mason.

My Dad's SSR :) Mitch and I both arrived in separate SSRs

From the first look.

I mean, come on! **heart eyes**

I loved the life jackets! I thought it was such a different look for a wedding.

One of my many DIYs was this wooden sign!

Everyone had so much fun on our boat ride! We had an upper deck and also the lower deck where we had the ceremony. On the lower deck there were tables for our guests to sit at, snacks, and a bar.

 Those kissy lips!

 My beautiful sister in law.

 My 2 best friends!

One of my best friends and bridesmaid Kelsey with her fiancé Dan.

My brother Ben and his fiancĂ© Katie.

I made all of the bouquets myself using silk flowers!

Our best man had everyone laughing.

I LOVED how our cake turned out! It's exactly what I described to our baker.

I made theses signs for the guest paddle table. We now have the paddles hanging in our dining room.

My friend and groomsman Tyler showing Mason the boats!

One of my absolute favourites!

Selfie stick for the win!

This was my favourite photo! Yes, My dress was soaked and I didn't care :)

I hope you enjoyed that little round up of photos! Comment below and tell me which one was your favourite!
