From Closet To Reading Nook

I love everything to do with interior design and finding unique ways to create multi-use spaces. Recently, I've been in the process of changing my son's nursery into a toddler room (tear..)

The rooms in our townhouse have pretty big closets, but Mason's room did not have any closet doors. I actually prefer it this way because it opens the space up, making the room look larger than it is. Here is the reading nook I recently created in his closet. His little book sling fit perfectly, and the extra shelving makes an awesome space for heavier books that don't fit in the sling.

We plan on painting his room later this summer. It was blue when we moved in, but there is a tacky dragon border that needs to go asap.

I can't wait to see how his room progresses!
